Enterprise Dataroom Platform
Enable structured, scalable document governance through a centralized dataroom.

Context
As the company pursued funding, due diligence processes became a key focus.
However, the required documentation was scattered, with duplication and limited traceability—hindering operations and putting ongoing processes at risk.
Action
I designed a multifunctional platform in Airtable with two core components:
Dataroom (Metadata–Versioning Model):
Separated global attributes (metadata) from document content (versions), enabling full traceability, centralized visibility, and automatic expiration alerts.
Due Diligence Tracker (Parent–Child Model):
A modular structure linking Dataroom items to the specific requirements of each process. Updates to document versions synced automatically, and progress could be monitored in real time.
Result
Full traceability: real-time visibility of requirement-level compliance.
Document governance: version control, deduplication, and simplified maintenance with automatic reminders.
Operational scalability: stakeholders worked from a clear, documented interface, ready to support growth.
